"Helpful, but a little slow"
Customer service did get back to me, but it took longer than I was expecting. I had to follow up once, which was a bit annoying, but they did sort things out in the end. Not a bad experience overall, just wish the response time was quicker.

"Booking page was a little frustrating"
The site usually loads fine for me, so maybe I’m a bit less patient when something suddenly acts up. The booking page froze twice on my phone, which was annoying, but it did work after I refreshed it. Overall, not a bad experience, just a small hassle I wish I didn’t have to deal with

"Decent modes, but I’ve tried better"
I tried restngo.com.my and the massage mode selection was okay, but not really anything special. Compared to other massage chairs I’ve used, a few of the modes felt similar, so I kept switching between them trying to find one that actually stood out. It’s fine if you just want a quick massage and don’t want to think too much, but I do wish the modes were easier to tell apart and adjust.

I remember feeling relieved when I walked in and saw how clean all the machines were. Everything worked like it should, and I didn’t run into any issues at all. It made the whole visit feel simple and stress-free.

I tried using Rest N Go at the mall because I really didn’t want to miss the chance to rest for a few minutes after walking around, but most of the chairs were either already taken or not working. I kept checking around and ended up feeling like I was wasting time I could’ve spent relaxing.
When you actually get a working chair, it’s fine, but the availability is the big issue. I’d be more likely to use it again if they added more chairs or had some kind of update showing which ones are free, so you don’t lose time hunting for one.

I tried the 30-minute session while I was just hanging around the mall, and it was nice. The chair was clean, paying was easy, and there was "no fuss" at all. I felt better afterward, especially in my back and legs. The price felt fair for the amount of time, and I liked that it didn’t feel too short. I’d definitely use it again when I have some "extra time" to kill.

"Not the easiest place to get to"
I tried checking this place out, but it was a bit hard to find. Parking around there was kind of a hassle too, and public transport isn’t really that close either. The service was okay and all, but getting there was just not very convenient

I checked the opening times before heading over, and they matched up exactly, which was a relief. It’s a small thing, but it really makes a difference when you don’t waste a trip. i was just glad everything worked out the way it was supposed to.

"Feels Safe Enough to Use"
I’ve used restngo.com.my a few times when I needed a quick place to stop and rest, and overall it’s been smooth. The booking and payment pages feel secure enough, and I appreciate that they don’t ask for a bunch of unnecessary personal info.
The only thing I’d say is that the privacy details could be easier to find on mobile. Other than that, I felt comfortable using it and would probably use it again.

I used the massage chair and, it was in decent shape overall. It worked fine and felt clean enough, which is always nice when that’s apparently not a given. A few parts did look a bit old, and the cushion had some small wear, but it was still comfortable. Not perfect by any means, but nothing that ruined the experience for me.

"Refund took a little longer, but it worked out"
I had a small issue with my booking and the refund wasn’t instant. It took a few days longer than I thought it would. I was a bit worried at first, well, more annoyed than worried, but support did get back to me and explained what happened. In the end, the money came back fine. Not a perfect experience, but they handled it okay.

"My shoulder felt surprisingly better"
I went in with a really sore shoulder and some back pain, i felt a lot lighter after just one session. I’m not totally sure, but maybe it was all the tension I’d been carrying around finally loosening up. Either way, the massage really seemed to help

I’ve been trying to book through the app, but it keeps hanging on my phone and freezing right in the middle of the process. What makes it more annoying is the website seems to say one thing, then the app shows something different, so I’m not even sure what’s correct. Frustrating overall...

I stopped by after doing some shopping and expected it to feel a bit hectic since it was in the mall, but it was actually calm. There was some background noise, but nothing too distracting, and the seating area was clean and comfortable. It ended up being a nice little break, and I’d definitely use it again
